2012-2013 Season
The current production season is well underway with several changes to the program. Blake Tobey took helm of the Fall Play and One Act and Laura Turner joined as assistant director. Patrick Lambrecht and Rachel Kornfeld are still putting up this year's Spring Musical.

The season started early with The Crucible and has announced its competitive One Act piece as Bat Boy the Musical. Updates to come!

The Crucible
The Fall Play went up early this year, opening September 20. The cast tackled Arthur Miller's powerhouse play The Crucible. Students approached this heavy, difficult and sophisticated play with great gusto and professionalism. This dark production was met with great acclaim from audiences members. Cast and crew pulled together to make this a performance that entranced audiences.
Bat Boy the Musical
This year's competitive One Act took on a few unique challenges for this event: a twenty-character cast played by ten actors; a full-length musical with song and dance crammed into 30 minutes; live music from a student accompanist; telling students they had no restrictions to their creativity...yikes.

Bat Boy was a quick favorite of actors, judges and audiences alike. The slapstick comedy received SUPERIOR ratings at invitationals, EMC and District competition. Bat Boy was a show practically written for this year's talented cast, choir, crew and technical team. This show was a great way to end the semester's production schedule.

The Music Man
River City, Iowa didn't know what hit it when con-man "Professor" Harold Hill danced his way into town, but audiences are certainly glad he did! Cast, crew and orchestra sang, danced, and "conned" their way through a spirited rendition of this classic show.

Several big numbers like "Shipoopi", "76 Trombones" and "Trouble" utilized the entire 60+ member cast to create powerful sound and impressive choreography. This production also wooed audiences with heartfelt performances of "Goodnight My Someone" and "My White Knight".

All involved are to be commended for this excellent show.
